If your life has been just a little empty and sad since VH1 stopped showing Best Week Ever, well I have news for you! Best Week Ever is back on VH1. Yes, if you happen to be home on a Friday night (or alert in the mornings during the weekend when it is rerun), you can enjoy Best Week Ever again.
No longer are we forced to rely on just The Soup when it comes to catching up with pop culture. We can now enjoy the snarky sense of humor Best Week Ever offers. Each week, we will get to hear about terrible reality shows, celebrity gossip, and ridiculous television programs. Thank goodness! The world just wasn't the same with Best Week Ever gone. Thanks, VH1!

Mob Wives Return to VH1
Just in case you were wondering what to do on New Year's Day, I can tell you to look no further! Mob Wives will be returning to VH1 on Jan. 1, 2012. What a fabulous way to ring in the New Year! Who doesn't want to watch some mob ladies beat the hell out of each other? Nothing says a good time more than that.
Perhaps others will be watching some sentimental New Year's garbage. Maybe some folks will be spending time with family or having a big dinner. I will not be doing any of that. I will instead be watching Mob Wives on VH1. I also suspect a Mob Wives marathon might just come on that day to celebrate the big event. It just seems like the right thing for VH1 to do.
So thanks, VH1. I wasn't that excited about the New Year, but now I am! Finally, a quality program I can watch again on VH1.

VH1's Greatest Songs of the '00s
VH1 has been showing the greatest songs of the first 10 years of this millenium for about a week. Naturally, this is the perfect time to watch a bunch of music videos on VH1. I have really enjoyed watching the countdown. If you'd like to read the entire countdown, you can easily visit the page at: VH1's Greatest Songs of the '00s.
I agree on many of the choices for the countdown. I am glad Hey Ya! and Poker Face were in the top 3 where they belonged. However, there is a great injustice in this countdown! One of the greatest songs ever has been ignored. I am talking about My Humps by the Black Eyed Peas.
How is it possible to have a countdown without My Humps? Everyone was singing that song and discussing it. Where is it? Instead, I Gotta Feeling is included on the countdown. Really? Sure, everyone likes that song, but everyone REALLY likes My Humps. It was so popular, Alanis Morissette created her own version of it. Any song that is worthy of a parody is worthy of being on this countdown.
VH1 - How could you neglect this song?

Fitz and the Tantrums - Money Grabber
I know I should stop rambling on and on about Fitz and the Tantrums, but what a great band! VH1 is constantly promoting them and I can't get enough. Yes! VH1 is playing music again! I know that is incredible. It is because there is actually some great music out there. If you have not heard Money Grabber by Fitz and the Tantrums, you are seriously missing out. Check them out!
Money Grabber just plays in my head all day. Apparently, Kings of Leon like it too considering they are dancing to it in one Youtube video. So give Fitz and the Tantrums a try. You won't be disappointed!

Guilty Pleasures: VH1 Reality Shows
Much to my delight, I have just learned Celebrity Rehab is returning to VH1 tonight. Now, I know, it is not the happiest show on the planet. I am sure I could watch something else, but it is one of my guilty pleasures; I cannot stop watching this show. It is just fascinating. I like watching the first episode of each season to see which celebrities are going into rehab this time. Then I follow the show as if I know the people in it. Obviously, I do not hang out with celebrities. I have no reason to care if they get better, except that they are people and I hope nothing but the best for them. No doubt, I will be watching each week and crying along with them.
If crying along with celebrities in rehab is not your thing, the season finale of Mob Wives is also on tonight. I will admit, I do like this show. I would not watch it at first, but it does grow on you. I have a feeling a major catfight is going to break out tonight, so if catfights are your guilty pleasure, you might want to catch it. Apparently, a big secret is coming out tonight.

VH1 You Ought to Know Artists
Finally, at long last, VH1 has been promoting some great new artists. I thought the music industry was dead, but apparently, it is not. VH1 has been promoting artists like The Civil Wars, Raphael Saadiq, and Fitz and the Tantrums.
I highly recommend searching for this artists on Youtube and listening to their music. They are really awesome. If you want to find all in one place, you can click on: Maybe There is Hope for the Music Industry.
